Who can qualify as a professional:
Eligible Professions are;
Medical Doctors, Lawyers, Surgeons/Specialists, Optometrists, Pharmacies, Dentists, Barristers, Judges, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Veterinarians, Accountants, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors (contact us for a list of all eligible professions).
How it works:
- Applicant must hold current professional qualification and have been in practice for a minimum of 3 years
- Available for business facilities ONLY
- Up to $150K for Motor Vehicles and $100K for Plant & Equipment
- Applicant is to state a “self-disclosed” income & total expenses for the business
Scenario Example:
Jason has been working at Westmead Hospital for the past 3 years as a Dentist and now wants to set up his own practice. He needs $60,000 for a dental chair, equipment and to fit out his practice.
Because Jason has been working as a dentist for the past 3 years, he would qualify for the loan, without having to provide financials or any other security.
